Robert Paljusevic, the Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital worker accused of shooting and wounding a co-worker on Thursday, was being held without bond Sunday following his arraignment at 52nd District Court, Fox 2 reports.
He faces charges of felony assault with intent to murder, felony firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon.
A detective testified Sunday that Paljusevic was upset that he didn't get invited in January to a private funeral viewing for the victim's father.
Paljusevic, 21, of Macomb Township, is accused of shooting his co-worker, 25, in the arm and shoulder in the hospital parking deck, setting off a hospital lockdown and panic in the area.
Magistrate Cody Ellwanger denied the defendant bond, believing he was a danger to the community, Fox 2 reports.
