The perps' faces are clearer on four close-up stills as they contemplate the heist in the first hour of July 4:
The picnic-style shelter was being used to distribute information about Michigan State Police careers, the agency says Wednesday in a media release:
The MSP has been working hard to recruit new members and diversify our ranks. Unfortunately, we are now the victim of a crime and are looking for your help. ...
If anyone recognizes the women in the video, they are asked to call the MSP Cadillac Post at (231) 779-6040.
We will continue to recruit on Union Street as weather permits to find persons who share our passion to serve the citizens of Michigan.
